We aim to provide every client with a professional, enjoyable experience and beautiful results. The following policies help us ensure fairness, quality, and consistency for all our clients.

Repairs & Aftercare

  • Complimentary repairs must be booked and completed within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • Repairs requested after 7 days, including breakages, chipping, or lifting, will be charged accordingly.

  • If you are unhappy with your nails, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address it immediately.

Colour Changes

  • If you decide to change your colour after the service has been completed, this will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.

Product Limitations

Please note that we cannot offer guarantees on the following:

  • Regular Morgan Taylor nail polish

  • Rhinestones or diamantes

  • Nail art stickers

Longevity may vary depending on lifestyle, aftercare, and natural nail condition.
